Meet the Photographer

What I find most beautiful about women is that while we're all unique in so many ways, we're also so very much the same. We all have hopes and dreams, fears and nightmares. We all have strengths, weakness, insecurities... and while they may vary greatly, they're also so very often the same. In this, we are united and never have to look too far to realize we aren't alone.

I fell in love with photography years ago because it's a fabulous tool to showcase many things in life that we often overlook. The outdoors was my first love, because there are so many extraordinary things that we never stop to take the time to look at. This "problem" of not seeing the beauty that's right in front of us is EXACTLY what made me fall in love with Boudoir Photography. I admit, I didn't know ANYTHING about it in the beginning. I just kept picturing my mother's "glam" shot on the wall when I was a kid: 80's blow-out hair, ghastly green silk dress with giant poof sleeves, and the classic neon blue eye shadow. (Sorry if you're reading this, mom!) But BOY was I wrong! 

Boudoir Photography is not only Sexy AF, it's EMPOWERING. To watch my clients light up and shred through those insecurities without even realizing what they're doing is one of the most beautiful things I'll ever witness. You feel ordinary?? Well, allow me to show you YOU'RE NOT. They really were right when they said, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Through photography, let me give you that back. Let me make you that beholder than can ONLY see beauty, grace, and a sexy beast! ;-)
